Shipping

How long do you take to ship?
Orders placed before 4 P.M. EST on weekdays will ship out same day. Orders placed after business hours will be shipped the following morning.

How fast will I get my Wild Well?
We currently offer two shipping speeds: Ground and Priority.

Our orders ship from New England. If you use Ground, East Coast orders will arrive within 1~2 business days. West Coast and Southern orders can take up to 5 business days. Please refer to the map below.

Priority will arrive within 2 days to all major metropolitan areas nationwide. Rural areas should see deliveries within 3 days including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

We will provide the tracking number as soon as the package is mailed.

What if my package is lost?
Contact us at hello@vitaminseltzer.com and we will do our best to work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please understand however that we cannot be responsible for theft, or loss due an error in address entry.

What happens if my packaged is damaged in transit?
Let us make it right! Please contact us immediately at hello@vitaminseltzer.com. If you send us pictures of the damaged box and the unusable cans, we will ship a replacement product free of charge.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico?
We sure do! Please note there may be extra shipping charges or longer transit times.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Please send us an email and we will do our best to make changes. However, if the order has already been sent out, then we may not be able to accommodate your request.

Is Wild Well BPA Free?
Wild Well uses BPI-NI cans which do not contain BPA.

Is Wild Well Kosher?
Yes!

Does Wild Well contain gluten?
Wild Well is gluten-free.
